Nice little roof room in a 60s old house. The room has about 16 square meters with two roof slopes and two small roof windows. There is a cooking opportunity with hob, sink and water boiler. There is also a small refrigerator. In the room is a bed, a table and two chairs. The apartment has two toilets, so everyone can use their own.
There's a shower we need to share. A night storage oven is served.
Nettes kleines Dachzimmer in einem 60er Jahre altes Haus. Das Zimmer hat ca.16 qm mit zwei Dachschrägen und zwei kleine Dachfenster. Es gibt eine Kochgelegenheit mit Herdplatte, Waschbecken und Wasserboiler. Auch gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Im Zimmer steht ein Bett, ein Tisch und zwei Stühle. Die Wohnung hat zwei Toiletten, sodass jede eine eigene benützen kann.
Es gibt eine Dusche, die wir uns aber teilen müssen. Geheitzt wird mit einem Nachtspeicherofen.
The apartment is located in the center of Munich, in Lehel. There is an excellent public transport connection.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von München, im Lehel. Es gibt einen hervorragenden öffentlichen Verkehrsanschluss.
It's a purpose WG. I prefer people who are calm, responsible and friendly. My party time has been forever, and that's why it's rather considerate.
Es ist eine Zweck-WG. Ich bevorzuge Menschen, die ruhig, verantwortungsvoll und freundlich sind. Meine Partyzeit ist schon ewig her und deswegen lieber rücksichtsvoll.
Since the room is under the roof, it is often quite warm in summer. It has a bad insulation!
(For some it is even too warm!)
Sometimes up to 30°C.
In winter, the shower is only heated with a heater.
The house has no elevator and there are three and a half floors to go up.
Da das Zimmer sich unter dem Dach befindet, wird es im Sommer oft recht warm. Es hat eine schlechte Isolation!
(Für Einige ist es sogar zu warm!)
Manchmal bis zu 30°C. !
Im Winter ist die Dusche nur mit einem Heizstrahler zu beheizen.
Das Haus hat keinen Aufzug und es sind dreieinhalb Stockwerke hinauf zu gehen.
