The area is very safe, the building is very quiet as the apartment is facing the inner garden, all neighbors are very chill (no parties/ children).
Theres a lot of restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk, as well as a station of U7 that connects you to the whole city and to other lines (U8, U6, U3, U1).
There are also 2 bus lines (M41, 140) right near by that connect you directly to potsdamer platz for example.
Theres a big supermarket 7 minutes walk away.
