1-room apartment (limited) 1-Zimmer Wohnung (befristet)

For the period from 01.07.2025 to 28.02.2026 I am looking for a sub-rent for my 1-room apartment.

To the apartment:
The apartment is furnished. In addition, the building has a common wash cellar and a common bicycle cellar.

Location:
The apartment is located on the Niederwarenring. On foot you need 20 minutes to the city and by bike just 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity is an aldi and an edeka.

Ich suche für den Zeitraum vom 01.07.2025 bis 28.02.2026 eine/n Untermieter/in für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung.

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Außerdem sind im Gebäude noch ein gemeinsamer Waschkeller sowie ein gemeinsamer Fahrradkeller.

Zur Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt am Niedersachenring. Zu Fuß braucht man 20 Minuten bis in die Stadt und mit dem Fahrrad gerade mal 5 Minuten. In direkter Nähe ist ein Aldi und ein Edeka.
