Your new room is about 20sqm and has, as well as all rooms in the WG, direct access to the garden. The room could be delivered unfurnished, partially furnished (e.g. the couch or the bed) or also completely furnished, as required.
We have a private terrace garden in which we can only and in which we can also park our bikes directly. There you can relax on your own or even grill with suitable weather.
The apartment has a large bathroom with shower cabin and an additional bathtub. Here is also our washing machine, so you don't always have to run into the cellar for washing.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Rinsing, oven, hob with Ceranfeld, granite countertops and refrigerator with ice compartment, as well as enough storage space for dishes, cutlery, pans and pots are available. The kitchen has enough room to cook and you can sit at the table with three people.
In addition, the apartment has its own basement compartment and good possibilities to park its bicycle (in the basement is a bicycle room or simply with us in the garden?). The house also offers an elevator, however, as we live on the ground floor, we do not have so much of it.
Dein neues Zimmer ist etwa 20qm groß und hat, sowie alle Zimmer in der WG, einen direkt Zugang zum Garten. Das Zimmer könnte unmöbliert, teilmöbliert (bspw. die Couch oder das Bett) oder auch komplett möbliert übergeben werden, je nach Bedarf.
Wir haben einen eigenen Terrassengarten in den nur wir können und in welchem wir auch direkt unsere Fahrräder abstellen. Dort kann man bei geeignetem Wetter alleine oder zusammen entspannen oder auch mal grillen.
Die Wohnung besitzt ein großes Bad mit Duschkabine und einer zusätzlichen Badewanne. Hier befindet sich auch unsere Waschmaschine, sodass du zum Wäschewaschen nicht immer in den Keller laufen musst.
Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Spüle, Ofen, Herdplatte mit Ceranfeld, Granitarbeitsplatten und Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, sowie genug Stauraum für Geschirr, Besteck, Pfannen und Töpfe sind vorhanden. Die Küche besitz genug Platz zum Kochen und man kann mit drei Leuten gemütlich am Tisch sitzen.
Zusätzlich besitzt die Wohnung ein eigenes Kellerabteil und gute Möglichkeiten sein Fahrrad abzustellen (im Keller ist ein Fahrradraum oder einfach bei uns im Garten?). Das Haus bietet zusätzlich einen Aufzug, da wir allerdings im Erdgeschoss wohnen, haben wir von diesem nicht so viel.
The apartment is very centrally located on the inner ring. The normal clock bus stop is right in front of the front door, the main railway station is reachable in 3 minutes walk and to the city center you need 10 minutes walk. The next net and REWE can be reached in about 5 min walkway and if you don't want to cook, the normal watch grill is only 10 meters from the front door.
The FH can be reached on foot in about 10 min, in about 5 min by bike and buses also regularly drive to the Misereor stop. Since, among other things, the 3 and the 13 drive via normal clock, the SuperC or the C.A.R.L. can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by bus and bicycle.
You can also walk in the Frankenberger Park or in the Burtscheider Kurpark
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral am inneren Ring gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle Normaluhr ist direkt vor der Haustür, der Hauptbahnhof ist in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und bis in die Innenstadt braucht man 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der nächste Netto und REWE ist in ca. 5 min Fußweg zu erreichen und falls man mal keine Lust auf kochen hat ist der Normaluhr Grill nur 10 Meter von der Haustür entfernt.
Die FH ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 min zu erreichen, in ca. 5 min mit dem Fahrrad und Busse fahren auch regelmäßig zu der Haltestelle Misereor. Da unter anderem die 3 und die 13 über Normaluhr fahren ist das SuperC bzw. das C.A.R.L. mit Bus und Fahrrad auch in unter 10 min zu erreichen.
Auch in unter 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Frankenberger Park oder im Burtscheider Kurpark
In the WG remain Paul, 20, and Tobi, 25. Paul is studying architecture and Tobi is completing his aerospace engineering study.
The WG has a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. We cook from time to time, like sitting on a beer in the garden at night, doing something or watching a series, but everyone also has their own free space. The WG is not a purpose WG, but there are no fixed obligations either. Order and mutual consideration are important to us.
In der WG bleiben Paul, 20, und Tobi, 25. Paul studiert Architektur und Tobi beendet gerade sein Luft- und Raumfahrttechnikstudium.
In der WG herrscht eine entspannte und harmonische Atmosphäre. Wir kochen ab und zu zusammen, sitzen abends gerne mal auf ein Bierchen im Garten, unternehmen etwas oder schauen eine Serie, aber jeder hat natürlich auch seinen eigenen Freiraum. Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG, aber es gibt auch keine festen Verpflichtungen. Ordnung und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sind uns wichtig.
