From June to the end of the year, on our lovingly renovated half-timbered farm, two rooms are available for rent – perfect for those who want to enjoy the countryside in its most beautiful form. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished and convince by their individual charm: the one with warm laminate floor under the roof, the other with authentic natural stone floor on the ground floor.

Right in front of the door is the green Muldental, where the Mulde passes in just 50 meters. Tulips and roses blossom in the beds, elder and wine vines rank at the fence, and in the morning bird concerts of sparrows, swallows and occasionally even the quaken of a frog are greeting you. Kilometer-long hiking and cycling trails wind through meadows and dense forests – ideal for extended excursions and new discoveries. Our panoramic sauna can be used after consultation – especially in the colder months a real highlight.

Despite this heavenly seclusion, the world remains within reach: The regional railway to the lively Leipzig is within walking distance, by car you are in an hour in Dresden, Chemnitz or Leipzig. This is where cozy work ambience connects with modern infrastructure and “pure nature” ;).

What we are looking for:

...you want to have half a year in the natural paradise, be it to refuel creative inspiration, write your doctoral thesis or just so.
...you also like to help shape living together, e.g. in gardening.
...you want to live as a couple in a cozy Hof-WG in the country.

You will find two or three apartments in our guest house, with own kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Who we are:
...a four-headed WG living together in the main house of the court.

... we are culturally and spiritually active, organize events here on the farm, but also in the surrounding cities.

Sula and Ringo build an online business. Marc works as a personal assistant and is enthusiastic about music and culture. Charlotte is the newest member of the WG, starts a training in July and likes to bake passionately.

Ab Juni bis Jahresende sind auf unserem liebevoll sanierten Fachwerkhof zwei Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei – perfekt für alle, die das Landleben in seiner schönsten Form genießen möchten. Die Räume lassen sich möbliert oder unmöbliert beziehen und überzeugen durch ihren individuellen Charme: das eine mit warmem Laminatboden unterm Dach, das andere mit authentischem Natursteinboden im Erdgeschoss.

Direkt vor der Tür liegt das grüne Muldental, wo die Mulde in nur 50 Metern Entfernung vorbeirauscht. Tulpen und Rosen blühen in den Beeten, Holunder- und Weinreben ranken am Zaun, und morgens begrüßen euch Vogelkonzerte von Spatzen, Schwalben und gelegentlich sogar das Quaken eines Frosches. Kilometerlange Wander- und Radwege winden sich durch Auenwiesen und dichte Wälder – ideal für ausgedehnte Ausflüge und neue Entdeckungen. Unsere Panorama-Sauna kann nach Absprache gerne mitgenutzt werden – gerade in den kälteren Monaten ein echtes Highlight.

Trotz dieser himmlischen Abgeschiedenheit bleibt die Welt in Reichweite: Die Regionalbahn ins lebendige Leipzig ist fußläufig erreichbar, mit dem Auto seid ihr in einer Stunde in Dresden, Chemnitz oder Leipzig. Hier verbindet sich gemütliches Fachwerk-Ambiente mit moderner Infrastruktur und “Natur pur” ;).

Sula und Ringo bauen ein Onlinebusiness auf. Marc arbeitet als persönlicher Assistent und ist begeistert für Musik und Kultur. Charlotte ist das Neueste Mitglied der WG, beginnt im Juli eine Ausbildung und backt leidenschaftlich gern.
