Two young women are currently living in the WG: a 19-year-old student and a 25-year-old professional student who recently completed her studies. Both are friendly, lively and appreciate a calm, harmonious coexistence – without compulsion, but with an open, respectful coexistence.
What does life look like in the community?
The WG is located in a particularly beautiful, well-maintained and lovingly restored house with a large garden that can be used by all roommates – whether for reading, learning, relaxing or common barbecues in summer. Order and consideration are important to everyone, as well as a good, pleasant WG climate. It is not a purpose-WG, but also no party-WG – rather a home with a feel-good factor.
Who are we looking for?
One or three new roommates are requested per apartment between 18 and 30 years, who also study or make an education. You should be reliable, tidy and open to a friendly fellow. If you want to become part of a relaxed WG in a special house with garden and place value on a well-maintained environment, you are right with us.
Aktuell wohnen in der WG bereits zwei junge Frauen: Eine 19-jährige Studentin und eine 25-jährige Berufseinsteigerin, die ihr Studium kürzlich abgeschlossen hat. Beide sind freundlich, lebensfroh und schätzen ein ruhiges, harmonisches Zusammenleben – ohne Zwang, aber mit einem offenen, respektvollen Miteinander.
Wie sieht das Leben in der Wohngemeinschaft aus?
Die WG befindet sich in einem besonders schönen, gepflegten und liebevoll restaurierten Haus mit großem Garten, der von allen Mitbewohnerinnen genutzt werden darf – ob zum Lesen, Lernen, Entspannen oder gemeinsamen Grillen im Sommer. Ordnung und Rücksichtnahme sind allen wichtig, ebenso wie ein gutes, angenehmes WG-Klima. Es ist keine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine Party-WG – vielmehr ein Zuhause mit Wohlfühlfaktor.
Wen suchen wir?
Gesucht werden ein oder drei neue Mitbewohner*innen pro Wohnung zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren, die ebenfalls studieren oder eine Ausbildung machen. Du solltest zuverlässig, ordentlich und offen für ein freundliches Miteinander sein.
