My dear roommate takes out our beautiful WG for two months, and I am looking for a:n nice:n Intermediate:in for this period (1.6 – 1.8.). A move would possibly also be possible a few days earlier – we can discuss this flexibly.

Mein lieber Mitbewohner zieht für zwei Monate aus unserer schönen WG aus, und ich suche für diesen Zeitraum (1.6. – 1.8.) eine:n nette:n Zwischenmieter:in. Ein Einzug wäre eventuell auch schon ein paar Tage früher möglich – das können wir flexibel besprechen.

Zur Wohnung:
Das freie Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber hell, ruhig und gut geschnitten – du kannst es dir also ganz nach deinem Geschmack einrichten (ein Bett o.Ä. kann ich dir ggf. organisieren, falls nötig). Die WG besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einem gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer (super gemütlich!), Küche, Bad etc.

Zur Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Ottensen gut angebunden und trotzdem ruhig. Supermärkte, Cafés und Öffis sind alle fußläufig erreichbar.

Zu mir:
Ich bin 28 Jahre alt, arbeite, und freue mich über eine angenehme und entspannte WG-Atmosphäre. Ich bin keine Partymaus, aber für einen Feierabendplausch oder gemeinsames Kochen auf jeden Fall zu haben. :)
