in my WG a room is free. It is a small apartment therefore a 2nd WG, so I am looking for a loved one for a comfortable WG. The room is oriented to the northwest, which is quite cool in the summer as the sun only shines in the evening. Around the corner is the Easter Street with all possible shopping facilities, in the ski jump you also need only 15 minutes walk and the U2 is just outside the door.
My roommate is now moving out after 3 years and we always had a very relaxed WG, cooking together, playing night, watching movie, sometimes having friends there. Otherwise, however, we were both very much on the go and then both needed some me time and relaxation.
Generally, I would call us a loose WG, we now need no cleaning plan or a strict WG checkout. I think it's so well balanced.

in meiner WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Es ist eine kleine Wohnung also eine 2er WG, deswegen suche ich nach einem lieben Menschen für eine wohlfühl WG. Das Zimmer ist nach Nordwest ausgerichtet was ganz cool ist im Sommer da die Sonne nur Abends so ein bisschen rein strahlt. Um die Ecke ist die Osterstraße mit allen möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, in die Schanze braucht man auch nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß und die U2 ist sozusagen vor der Tür.
Mein Mitbewohner zieht jetzt nach 3 Jahren aus und wir hatten immer eine sehr entspannte WG, zusammen kochen, spieleabend, Film schauen, hin und wieder Freunde da haben. Ansonsten sind wir aber auch beide sehr viel unterwegs gewesen und brauchten dann beide bisschen me time und Entspannung.
allgemein würde ich uns als lockere WG bezeichnen, es brauchte bei uns jetzt keinen Putzplan oder eine strenge WG Kasse. Es hat sich glaube ich so ganz gut ausgeglichen.
