The apartment is located in the Musikantenviertel, directly at the Bartholomew's herme (Flotowstraße). The road has bus connections 18 and X22. 5 minutes walk to line 172. 10 minutes walk to line 25. Metro Mundsburg can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by bus. Metro Saarlandstraße can be reached in 7 minutes by bus. Rewe, Lidl, Aldi all within walking distance in 7-10 minutes. A 5-minute walk away is a small park with a canal leading to the Alster.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Musikantenviertel, direkt bei der Bartholomäusherme (Flotowstraße). Die Straße verfügt über die Busverbindungen 18 und X22. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Linie 172. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Linie 25. U-Bahn Mundsburg ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Bus zu erreichen. U-Bahn Saarlandstraße in 7 Minuten mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Rewe, Lidl, Aldi alles fußläufig in 7-10 Minuten erreichbar. 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist ein kleiner Park mit einem Kanal, der zur Alster führt.

I'm Jan, 26 and I've been living in the apartment for a few years. I'm currently studying at the Master and working as a student. I'm usually in the HO for one day under the week and otherwise in the university or in the office. On weekends, I'm relatively busy, but I like to invite friends. I'll play football and go to the gym.
I would be very happy if we were at a similar age and if necessary have a few equal interests, so we can talk in the kitchen/on the balcony or cook something together. The WG should, of course, also serve as a retreat. It would be important for me to bring a little maturity with you in terms of living together. So that we can talk openly about things and live so relaxed together. I don't care about your sex, main ashes you're sympathetic and open to the world :)

Ich bin Jan, 26 und lebe nun seit ein paar Jahren in der Wohnung. Aktuell studiere ich im Master und arbeite als Werkstudent. Meist bin ich einen Tag unter der Woche im HO und ansonsten in der Uni bzw. im Office unterwegs. Am Wochenende bin ich relativ viel unterwegs, lade aber auch gerne mal Freunde ein. Ich spiele Fußball und gehe gerne ins Gym.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn wir in einem ähnlichen Alter wären und ggf. ein paar gleiche Interessen haben, sodass wir mal in der Küche/auf dem Balkon quatschen können oder etwas zusammen kochen. Die WG soll aber natürlich genauso als Rückzugsort dienen. Mir wäre es wichtig, dass du, was das Zusammenleben angeht, ein wenig Reife mitbringst. Sodass wir offen über Dinge sprechen können und so entspannt zusammen wohnen können. Dein Geschlecht ist mir dabei egal, Hauptasche du bist sympathisch und weltoffen :)

Pendler*innen und Praktikant*innen, die kurzfristig suchen, sind natürlich auch willkommen :)
