01.08. a room is free in our 2-room apartment in the heart of the Bremer district. The apartment has not only a lot of charm, but also a large rooftop terrace where you can relax, breakfast or enjoy the evening.

The room is about 11 m2 tall, bright, quiet and has a beautiful view of the green courtyard – a little bit of nature in the middle of the city.

To the apartment:
It extends over two floors, which creates a lot of space and a pleasant feeling of living. The location is top: in the middle of the neighborhood, but still quiet – everything important (shopping, cafes, tram, etc.) is in direct proximity. Bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher) and washing machine are available.

To us:
We are 35 (teacher) and 23 (immobility broker) years old, both full-time and have been friends for a long time – a well-established team. Our WG is not a purpose WG, but also not a permanent hooking. We like to spend time together – on the terrace, cooking or with a glass of wine – but we also have our own lives and respect the retreat of everyone:s.

Who we are looking for:
You should be in a similar period of life – ideally also working or in the final phase of your studies, reliable, relaxed and no longer looking for the next WG party. A good coexistence is important to us, but without compulsion – the main thing that fits the mood.

Rent & Co.:
Warm rental is at 603€ (incl. electricity, internet etc.), deposit: 800€.
Entry is possible from 01.08.2025.

Hallo zusammen,

zum 01.08. wird in unserer 2-Etagen-Wohnung im Herzen des Bremer Viertels ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung hat nicht nur viel Charme, sondern auch eine große Dachterrasse, auf der man super entspannen, frühstücken oder den Feierabend genießen kann.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 11 m² groß, hell, ruhig gelegen und hat einen schönen Blick in den begrünten Innenhof – ein kleines bisschen Natur mitten in der Stadt.

Zur Wohnung:
Sie erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, was viel Raum und ein angenehmes Wohngefühl schafft. Die Lage ist top: mitten im Viertel, aber dennoch ruhig – alles Wichtige (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Straßenbahn, etc.) ist in direkter Nähe. Bad, Küche (mit Spülmaschine) und Waschmaschine sind natürlich vorhanden.

Zu uns:
Wir sind 35 (Lehrer) und 23 (Immobilienmakler) Jahre alt, beide Vollzeit berufstätig und schon lange befreundet – also ein eingespieltes Team. Unsere WG ist keine Zweck-WG, aber auch kein Dauer-Happening. Wir verbringen gern mal Zeit zusammen – auf der Terrasse, beim Kochen oder mit einem Glas Wein – aber haben auch unsere eigenen Leben und respektieren den Rückzugsraum jeder:s.

Wen wir suchen:
Du solltest in einem ähnlichen Lebensabschnitt sein – idealerweise ebenfalls berufstätig oder in der Endphase deines Studiums, verlässlich, entspannt und nicht mehr auf der Suche nach der nächsten WG-Party. Ein gutes Miteinander ist uns wichtig, aber ohne Zwang – Hauptsache, die Stimmung passt.

Miete & Co.:
Die Warmmiete liegt bei 603€ (inkl. Strom, Internet etc.), Kaution: 800 €.
Einzug ist ab dem 01.08.2025 möglich.
