Rooms are located in the centre of North. So, like the name says very central. There are several trams right in front of the front door and just a few minutes from the house there is an S-Bahn station. Most recommend being on the bike. There are also enough bike storage facilities.

Nearby there are various supermarkets, bars, parks and leisure facilities. There is a REWE, Penny, Lidl, which are all within 5 minutes walk.

The next tram stop is about 3-4 min.

Die Zimmer befinden sich im Stadtteil Zentrum Nord. Wie der Name schon sagt also sehr Zentral. Direkt vor der Haustür fahren verschiedene Straßenbahnen und nur ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt gibt es eine S-Bahn Station. Am meisten empfiehlt es sich aber mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs zu sein. Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug.

In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte, Bars, Parks und Freizeiteinrichtungen. Es gibt unter anderem einen REWE, Penny, Lidl welche alle in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

Zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle braucht man circa 3-4 min.

We are not a purpose WG and do something together in the week as well as on weekends. Relax at the Cossi or party? Both possible. There are no common cooking evenings. Of course, everyone has their retreat :)

I am 22 years JUNG and, unfortunately, I am still estimated to be 18 fresh. I completed my studies in September 2024. I'm 25 years old and working as a mediator at the Jobcenter in Leipzig.
I’m generally on the go, love cooking evenings and sometimes prove my vocal career with “unwritten”.
On the weekend you can find me either at the hockey, in a bar or at a concert. Sometimes a good Trash TV evening wins with a face mask.
My friends would probably call me an open book :) I would therefore also be delighted to have great conversations and fun evenings, where a chat about Gossip and the important things of life do not remain unrestrained.

Wir sind keine zweck WG und unternehmen in der Woche, als auch am Wochenende gerne was zusammen. Ob entspannt am Cossi oder doch mal Party? Beides möglich. Gemeinsame Kochabende bleiben dabei nicht aus. Natürlich hat auch jeder seinen Rückzugsort :)

Vorerst möchte ich Berufsluft schnuppern, bevor ich meine Qualifikation um einen Master erweitere. Müsste ich mich in drei Worten beschreiben, würde ich sagen: Seelenfrieden, gelassen & emphatisch. Ich bin eine Person, die sich gut in andere hineinversetzen kann und versucht jede Emotion/Gefühlslage zu berücksichtigen. In meiner Persönlichkeit bin ich sehr reif und bewusst. Kommunikation ist für mich das a&o und auch gegenseitiges Verständnis sowie ein respektvoller Umgang. Freundlich bin ich gefühlt 24/7. Ich bin auch immer gelassen bzw. Habe eine gelassene Denkweise und dafür bewundern mich meine Freunde haha;) … falls etwas nicht funktioniert bin ich die, die sagt „hey, dann sollte es nicht so sein, Das hat sicher einen Grund weswegen das gerade nicht passt. Alles halb so wild, wir finden einen anderen Lösungsweg…“

Meine Freunde würden mich wahrscheinlich als ein offenes Buch bezeichnen :) Ich würde mich daher auch über tolle Gespräche und lustige Abende freuen, bei denen ein Plausch über Gossip und die wichtigen Dinge des Lebens nicht unverwehrt bleiben.

Die Mieten die ihr seht sind Warmmieten. Darin enthalten sind die Vorauszahlungen für alle Kosten außer das Internet und die GEZ. Da diese Kosten aber durch 5 geteilt werden hält sich das auch sehr in Grenzen.

Zunächst finden online Besichtigungen und ein Austausch mit den WG Mitgliedern statt. Sollte es Matchen würde eine persönliche Besichtigung stattfinden.
