To make the move as easy as possible, the apartment is rented partially furnished. There are furniture in hallway, kitchen and bathroom. This includes, among other things, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom furniture... so you just have to worry about the furniture in your room.

Um den Umzug so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten wird die Wohnung teilmöbliert vermietet. Es gibt also Möbel in Flur, Küche und Bad. Dies umfasst unter anderem eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Badmöbel ... . So musst du dich nur noch um die Möbel in deinem Zimmer kümmern.

The apartment is located on Landsberger Straße between Quartersweg and Coppiplatz. You reach the tram 4 and the S railway S1 super fast. Otherwise you are also very close to the Georg-Schumann-Str. where the 10,11 and 16 are driving.
The bike is super fixed in the Rosenthal, the Auenwald or at the Schladitzer Bay.
There are also various shops, doctors, bakers, restaurants and cafes nearby.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Landsberger Straße zwischen Viertelsweg und Coppiplatz. Man erreicht die Straßenbahn 4 und die S Bahn S1 super schnell. Ansonsten ist man auch sehr nah an der Georg-Schumann-Str. wo die 10,11 und 16 fahren.
Mit dem Rad ist man super fix im Rosenthal, dem Auenwald oder an der Schladitzer Bucht.
Außerdem gibt es in der nähe verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte, Bäcker, Restaurants und Cafes.

Die Mieten die ihr seht sind Warmmieten. Darin enthalten sind die Vorauszahlungen für alle Kosten außer das Internet und die GEZ. Da diese Kosten aber durch 4 geteilt werden können hält sich das auch sehr in Grenzen.
