I rent my 1-room apartment from Dec 2025 to Jan 2027 fully furnished under. Ggf.

The apartment is 24,5sqm, but also has a 5.5sqm balcony. the rooms consist of:
- Kitchen: There is a space-saving fitted kitchen with an oven, kitchen sink, stove, refrigerator and separate freezer
- bathroom: a small bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet
- hallway
- Living room: is in the same room as the kitchen, but is still very well separated by the furniture.

The highlight of the apartment is at the top: a rooftop terrace with pool, from where you can see the whole city. use is allowed only residents of the property.

In addition, a garage parking space (duplex) belongs to the apartment. A bicycle cellar is available for residents. There is also a laundry room in the basement with several washing machines and dryers with coin throw.

Attention: No cellar is rented!

The rent of 1.150 Euro includes ALL costs (additional costs, heating costs, GEZ, Internet, cable fees and electricity).

Die Wohnung ist 24,5qm groß, verfügt aber zusätzlich über einen 5,5qm großen Balkon. die Räume bestehen aus:
- Küche: Es gibt eine platzsparende Einbauküche mit einem Backofen, Spülbecken, Herd, Kühlschrank sowie separatem Gefrierschrank
- Bad: ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne, Waschbecken und Klo
- Flur
- Wohnraum: befindet sich im selben Raum, wie die Küche, ist aber durch die Möblierung trotzdem ganz gut abgetrennt.

Das Highlight der Wohnung befindet sich ganz oben: Eine Dachterrasse mit Pool, von wo aus man die ganze Stadt überblicken kann. die Nutzung ist nur Bewohnern des Anwesens gestattet.

Außerdem gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz (Duplex) zur Wohnung dazu. Für die Bewohner steht ein Fahrradkeller zur Verfügung. Außerdem befindet sich im Keller eine Waschküche mit mehreren Waschmaschinen und Trocknern mit Münzeinwurf.
