The apartment is located near the University of Design in a house with student tenants. It consists of a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway with intercom. It is currently renovated and fully furnished. The apartment includes a closable basement compartment and a separate washing machine in the laundry room. In addition, there is a drying room and in the enclosed yard there is a support for 1 bicycle.
There is good connection to urban and regional transport. RWTH and Klinikum can be reached via bus lines 3 and 13. The walkway to the stops is about 3 minutes. The main railway station and Schanz railway station are within walking distance and in the same way you reach the city centre.
For daily care there is a baker, a net store and a pharmacy almost in sight.
Electricity and heating costs are not included in the additional costs, but the own consumption is offset by the self-selected provider. Own meters for electricity and gas are present. The house is protected by monument. Therefore, no energy pass has to be submitted.
It's a season rent. The increase is +15 € per year.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in fast unmittelbarer Nähe der Fachhochschule für Design in einem Haus mit studentischen Mietern. Sie besteht aus einem großen Wohnraum, Küche, Bad und Flur mit Gegensprechanlage. Sie wird zur Zeit , soweit nötig, renoviert und voll möbliert ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehören ein verschließbares Kellerabteil und eine eigene Waschmaschine in der Waschküche. Ausserdem gibt es einen Trockenraum und im abgeschlossenen Hof eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für 1 Fahrrad.
Es gibt guten Anschluss an den innerstädtischen und regionalen Nahverkehr. RWTH und Klinikum sind über die Buslinien 3 und 13 erreichbar. Der Fußweg zu den Haltestellen beträgt etwa 3 Minuten. Hauptbahnhof und Bahnhof Schanz sind fussläufig zu erreichen und auf die gleiche Weise erreicht man auch die Innenstadt.
Für die tägliche Versorgung gibt es einen Bäcker, einen Nettoladen und eine Apotheke fast in Sichtweite.
Strom und Heizungskosten sind nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten, sondern der Eigenbedarf wird mit dem selbstgewählten Anbieterabgerechnet. Eigene Zähler für Strom und Gas sind vorhanden. Das Haus steht unter Denkmalschutz. Von daher muss kein Energieausweis vorgelegt werden.
Es handelt sich um eine Staffelmiete. Die Steigerung beträgt +15 € jährlich.
