Exchange: Apartment/room in Vienna against beautiful apartment in Aachen Tauschobjekt: Wohnung/Zimmer in Wien gegen wunderschöne Wohnung in Aachen

Wie im Titel beschrieben suche ich eine Wohnung oder ein WG-Zimmer in Wien und hoffe eventuell jemanden zu finden, der in die andere Richtung zieht, sodass man Wohnungen tauschen könnte:)

Ich habe hier für mein Masterstudium gelebt und mag die Wohnung sehr, es ist super hell, ruhig, geräumig und dazu ist man sehr schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt oder an der Uni.

Bei Interesse fragt mich gerne nach mehr Details.

Die angegebene Miete ist geschätzt. Ich zahle aktuell etwas weniger als 500€ aber gehe davon aus, dass die Miete etwas steigen würde bei einer Neuvermietung.

As described in the title, I’m looking for an apartment or a shared flat room in Vienna and I’m hoping to maybe find someone moving in the opposite direction, so we could swap apartments :)

I’ve been living here for my master’s degree and really like the apartment — it’s very bright, quiet, spacious, and you can reach both the city center and the university quickly on foot.
