I rent my apartment in Aachen-Mitte for half a year (01.11.2025 - 30.04.2026).
The apartment is about 32m2 large and very modern. It consists of a room with entrance hall and a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony (partial).
There is a floor heating, which is hardly needed even in winter, because the apartment is very well isolated.
There are washing machines in the basement (use against washing coins) and there is a bicycle cellar.
I'd hand over the apartment furnished. These include primarily bed, desk, wardrobe, shelf, small dining table with chairs, mirror. Details by arrangement.
Ich untervermiete meine Wohnung in Aachen-Mitte für ein halbes Jahr (01.11.2025 - 30.04.2026).
Die Wohnung ist etwa 32m² groß und sehr modern. Sie besteht aus einem Zimmer mit Eingangsflur und einer Kochnische sowie einem Bad und einem Balkon (anteilig).
Es gibt eine Fußbodenheizung, die allerdings selbst im Winter kaum benötigt wird, da die Wohnung sehr gut isoliert ist.
Waschmaschinen gibt es im Keller (Benutzung gegen Waschmünzen) und es gibt einen Fahrradkeller.
Ich würde die Wohnung möbliert übergeben. Dazu zählen in erster Linie Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regal, kleiner Esstisch mit Stühlen, Spiegel. Details nach Absprache.
The apartment is very centrally located in Aachen-Mitte:
Shops: in the immediate vicinity of the Aquis Plaza shopping center with many shops. Right under the apartment is the Palmyra supermarket
Public transport: In short walking distance is the busyard. The main station is only about 800 meters away.
University: in 10 min by bike or bus at RWTH
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Aachen-Mitte:
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Einkaufszentrum Aquis Plaza mit vielen Geschäften. Direkt unter der Wohnung ist der Palmyra Supermarkt
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: In kurzer Gehentfernung ist der Bushof. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur etwa 800 Meter entfernt.
Universität: in 10 min mit Fahrrad oder Bus an der RWTH
The height of the lower rental would be at 665€ incl. Electricity and internet as well as small package for my furniture. The 665€ consists of 400€ cold rental, 140€ heating/operating cost package and 50€ furniture package for the kitchen (the kitchen does not belong to me) as well as 42.95€ for electricity and internet and 22.05€ for my furnishing.
Die Höhe der Untermiete würde bei 665€ inkl. Strom und Internet sowie kleiner Pauschale für meine Möbel liegen. Die 665€ setzen sich aus 400€ Kaltmiete, 140€ Heiz-/Betriebskostenpauschale und 50€ Möbelpauschale für die Küche (die Küche gehört nicht mir) sowie 42,95€ für Strom und Internet und 22,05€ für meine Möblierung zusammen.
