The location is central and very practical for students: Ponttor can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the RWTH Aachen in about 20 minutes. Shops are nearby, among other things a lid is only 5 minutes away.

The apartment is ideal for a neat and quiet student who places value on privacy. Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is intended exclusively for non-smokers.

Ein gemütliches Einzelapartment steht ab sofort zur Untermiete zur Verfügung. Das Apartment befindet sich im 10. Stock eines Studentenwohnheims und bietet eine ruhige Atmosphäre mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Es verfügt über eine kleine, aber Küche sowie ein privates Bad mit Dusche und WC.

Die Lage ist zentral und sehr praktisch für Studierende: Ponttor ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die RWTH Aachen in ca. 20 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, unter anderem ist ein Lidl nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

Das Apartment eignet sich ideal für eine ordentliche und ruhige Studentin, die Wert auf Privatsphäre legt. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, und das Apartment ist ausschließlich für Nichtraucherinnen gedacht.
