Ich vermiete meine Wohnung am 29.1. bis zum Ende Februar unter.
Sie liegt im ruhigen Eissendorf in fussweiter naehe zu den Harburger Bergen (Waeldern) und hat recht gute Infrastruktur.
Die Bushaltestelle BEERENTALWEG (14er Metrobus, ->hvv.de) ist 2 Minuten entfernt und so gut wie immer regelmaessig befahren, selbst in der Nacht bist du auch immer erreichbar mit etwas mehr Fussweg.
Der Pennymarkt, direkt gegenueber des Hauses ist Montags bis Samstags von 8-22 Uhr geoeffnet. Weitere Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten gibt es reichlich in Eissendorf und in der Harburger Innenstadt sowieso.
Internetanschluss gibt es nicht, aber einen Computer kann ich zur Verfuehgung stellen.
Etwas persoenliches von mir wird in der Wohnung bleiben. Mind. 1 grosses Regal werde ich leer raeumen, bei Bedarf ginge auch ein zweites.

I rent my flat at 29.1. until the end of February under.
It is located in the quiet Eissendorf in feet farther close to the Harburg Hills (forests) and has fairly good infrastructure.
The bus stop BEERENTALWEG (14er Metrobus ->hvv.de) is 2 minutes away and almost always ride regularly, even at night you're always reachable with a bit more walking.
The Pennymarkt (supermarket), right across from the house is opened Mondays to Saturdays from 8-22 clock. Further shopping facilities are plentiful in Eissendorf and in the center of Harburg anyway.
Internet does not exist, but a computer i can let you there for your disposal.
Something personal arena of me will stay in the apartment. Minimum one large shelf I will evacuate empty, if necessary, it could be two.
