we are looking for you for our beautiful WG! You should be feminine, open, and sociable, with pleasure for an international WG.
A quiet, furnished room awaits you in a beautiful old apartment with high ceilings and wooden floors.

It would be nice if you like us to be and work as well as live in our beautiful family WG.
Our 5 ZKB apartment with 117qm (7, 13, 16 to the court/ 21 and 24qm to the street) in 2. OG of a beautiful listed house with approx. 3m high ceiling is light odour and really great.
The apartment is fully renovated, modernized and in a well maintained state.
For rent is a furnished room with bed, bedside table, shelf, clothes stand, dresser, armchair, chair, desk. So you don't need to bring your own pieces of furniture.
The kitchen is located to the backyard and has a small balcony to drink a coffee. The balcony should not be smoked as much as possible, as this then moves into the apartments above it. The large kitchen is equipped, among other things, with a NO-FROST refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, kettle, dishes and a sofa.
There's another WG in the house. The remaining 3 parties are inhabited by couples and small families.
In MA you can get very well without a car, bike & train. In the Neckarstadt there are parking for residents without a parking pass. The Neckar for jogging or cycling is about 500m away from us, the picnic meadow also. Neckarstadt is also quite cool with beautiful cafes and restaurants.
The legendary Jungbusch is not far away either. So really a neighborhood to feel good.

P.S. is expected to keep your room up and clean regularly. The common rooms such as bathroom (incl. washing machine), sep. WC, kitchen, flat and house corridor, courtyard are to be cleaned alternately with your roommates. That is, everyone putzt/ returns once a month. For the winter service all parties change during the winter months.

Who pays your rent? As a security, a guarantee of parents and likes to be given to Schufa (request now) .
GEZ and Internet costs are not included in the rental price.
The additional costs are flat and there are no additional costs. Repayment/ settlement.

We are happy about DIR news with your age and if you can already estimate it the ca. Duration of residence.

Dich erwartet ein ruhiges, möbiliertes Zimmer in einer schönen Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und Holzböden.

Es wäre schön, wenn du auch wie wir >24 Jahre bist und arbeitest und in unserer schönen, familiären WG wohnen möchtest.
Unsere 5 ZKB-Wohnung mit 117qm (7, 13, 16 zum Hof// 21 u. 24qm zur Straße) im 2. OG eines schönen denkmalgeschützten Hauses mit ca. 3m hohen Decken ist lichtdruchflutet und echt toll.
Die Wohnung ist kpl. renoviert, modernisiert und in einem gepflegten Zustand.
Zur Vermietung steht ein möbiliertes Zimmer mit Bett, Nachttisch, Regal, Kleiderständer, Kommode, Sessel, Stuhl, Schreibtisch. Du brauchst also keine eigenen Möbelstücke mitzubringen.
Die Küche liegt zum Hinterhof und hat einen kleinen Balkon, um mal einen Kaffee zu trinken. Geraucht werden soll auf dem Balkon möglichst nicht, da dies dann in die darüberliegenden Wohnungen zieht. Die große Wohnküche ist unter anderem ausgestattet mit einem NO-FROST-Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd, Wasserkocher, Geschirr sowie einem Sofa.
Im Haus gibt es noch eine WG. Die restlichen 3 Parteien werden von Paaren und Kleinfamilien bewohnt.
In MA kann man sehr gut ohne Auto auskommen, Rad & Bahn reichen. In der Neckarstadt gibt es für Anwohner parken ohne Parkausweis. Der Neckar zum joggen oder radfahren ist rund 500m von uns entfernt, die Picknickwiese auch. Neckarstadt ist auch ganz cool mit schönen Cafes und Restaurants.
Der legendäre Jungbusch ist auch nicht weit weg. Also wirklich ein Stadtteil zum Wohlfühlen.

P.S. Vorausgesetzt wird, dass Du dein Zimmer in Ordnung hälst und regelmäßig putzt. Die Gemeinschaftsräume wie Bad (incl. Waschmaschine), sep. WC, Küche, Wohnungs- und Hausflur, Hof sind im Wechsel mit deinen Mitbewohnern zu putzen. D.h. jeder putzt/ kehrt einmal im Monat. Für den Winterdienst wechseln sich in den Wintermonaten alle Parteien ab.

Wer zahlt deine Miete? Als Sicherheit soll eine Bürgschaft der Eltern und gerne Schufa (request now) abgegeben werden.
Kosten für GEZ und Internet sind nicht im Mietpreis enthalten.
Die Nebenkosten sind pauschal und es gibt keine Nach- bzw. Rückzahlung/ Abrechnung.
