Die Wohnlage ist ruhig, da es sich um eine Seitenstraße handelt. Man läuft ca. 3 min. zur Straßenbahnlinie 1 und 2 und 5-8 min. zum nächsten Supermarkt. Man läuft ca. 10 min. bis zum großen Park "Küchenholz" von dem aus man zum Elster-Kanal oder Cospudener See radeln kann. Es gibt ca. 3 Spielplätze in 10 min Entfernung. Ebenso eine Schwimmhalle, ein Freibad, 2 Eisdielen, Rewe, Netto, dm, Pfennigpfeffer, Apotheke. Die Karl-Heine-Str. ist ca. 8 min. mit dem Rad entfernt.
Die Wohnung wird voraussichtlich ab 01.09.16 frei. (Genaueres ab Di, 16.08.16-dann erfahre ich, ob und wann ich in die neue Wohnung einziehen kann).
