Nichts für Leute, die Ruhe pünklich um 22 Uhr am Wochenende brauchen.

Unsanierter DDR Albau (flache Decken, kein Stuck, keine Dielen, kein Balkon, aber dafür wunderbare Lage, Garten, gemütlich, hell und generell hier halt überall sehr begrünt).

Ich suche preisilich schon etwas ähnliches - wobei ich natürlich weiss, das es schwierig ist. Wie gesagt, toll wäre halt wieder was altes mit Ofenheizung, da ich das einfach sehr mag.
