Die 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung im charmanten Berliner Altbaustil hat hohe Decken, schönen Dielenboden, Vollbad, Balkon. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die Volksbühne und das berühmte Babylon-Kino. Vom Balkon aus sieht man den Fernsehturm und den Innenhof.
PREIS:
576 Euro warm monatlich. Im Preis ist alles inklusive (auch Heizkosten, Internet, Wasser, Strom etc.), da kommt nichts mehr drauf. Für den halben Monat (15.01 bis 01.02) werden entsprechend nur 288 Euro berechnet. Eine Kaution in Höhe von 500 Euro wird beim Einzug fällig.
AUSSTATTUNG:
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert (inkl. Arbeitstisch, Sofa, Doppelbett, Schrank, TV, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Toaster etc.). Es ist alles da!
