Wir suchen dringend Nachmieter für die Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist über dieses Inserat informiert und hat zugestimmt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und nahe der Haltestelle Tharandter Straße (ca.300m) sowie einem REWE-Martk auf der Kesselsdorfer Str.(ca. 200m).
Bisher war es eine 2er WG mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer. Bis zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten. Mit der Buslinie 61 dauert es ebenso lange.
Besichtigung ist im Vorhinein nach Terminabsprache möglich.
