Hallo zusammen,
Da ich nach Südafrika ziehen werde, wird meine sehr schöne und gut gelegene Wohnung in Bad Cannstadt (Winterhalde) ab dem 1. November frei. Die Wohnung ist 56 qm groß mit hohen Decken, hat zwei sehr gut geschnittene Zimmer, einen geräumigen Flur, Küche und Bad. Die Miete beträgt monatlich 697,24 Euro warm, inklusive Heizkostenpauschale.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es sind mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Minuten am Wilhelmsplatz. Die U-Bahn (Kienbacher Straße - U13) ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die S-Bahn (Nürnberger Straße - S 2/S3, sowie U1) in circa 10 Minuten.
Meine Einbauküche, sowie Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine würde ich gerne zum Selbstkostenpreis (550 Euro) verkaufen, da ich nichts davon mit nach Südafrika nehmen kann. Weiterhin könntest du mir bei Bedarf auch weitere Möbel abkaufen.
Für die Vermieter ist wichtig, dass du ein regelmäßiges Einkommen hast (mindestens 1400 Euro netto) und eine positive Schufa (request now) Auskunft.
