Furnished, very bright, cozy 1 bedroom apartment can be rented by the end of November, possibly also longer, but this is still evident.
The apartment is located on a junction to the street. I sleep well with closed windows. It doesn't bother me, but maybe I'm not so senitive

What time are you looking for?

1 room with double bed and couch, desk, small kitchen (without a dishwasher and only a mini oven, but I have baked cakes and ups, pizzas was no problem) , bathtub, washing machine and balcony.

Otherwise everything is available ( vacuum cleaner, ironing board, pots, pans, cleaning agents, towels...)

Super Central. 1 underground station from the main railway station. The nearest bus station (technical university) is 1 minute away. Metro stop Königsplatz about 4 min. Stachus not far.
Various museums, such as Pinakotheken, Lehnbachhaus, Egyptian Museum...
Near popular bars, like the committee
Opposite: Technical University, close to: Filmhochschule

Just a few minutes walk: Lidl, Vollcorner, Dm, Rossmann, net, Rewe, beverage market, stationery, artist needs, bakeries, museums....

The appartment is facing streetside, i sleep with closed windows to not being bothered early in the morning, when the traffic starts.


Cosy furnished appartment in very good location, very bright, balcony, bathtube, washingmachine, wifi, all important things are there , small kitchen but NO dishwasher and only a mini-oven (but I could bake with it pizzas, casseroles and cakes without problems)

You can use organic spices and oils, accommodating, cleaning stuff etc
4th floor with elevator
few minutes from central station by metro or bus.
Metro U2 Königsplatz in 4 minutes walk (or U1 Stieglmaierplatz in 9 minutes) or 1 minute to bus ( 100, 58, 68)

In walking distance: different supermarkets, drugstores, museums, technical university (just across the street) restaurants, cafes, bakeries....

Möblierte, sehr helle, gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung kann bis Ende November gemietet werden, eventuell auch länger, aber das zeigt sich noch.
Die Wohnung liegt an einer Kreuzung zur Straße heraus. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafe ich gut. Tagsüer stört es mich nicht, aber vielleicht bin ich nicht so senitiv

Für welchen Zeitraum suchst du?

1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Couch, Schreibtisch , kleine Küche ( ohne Spühlmaschine und nur ein Minibackofen, aber ich habe damit Kuchen gebacken und Aufläufe, Pizzas war alles kein Problem) , Badewanne, Waschmaschine und Balkon.

Große Auswahl an Bio-Gewürze, Öle, etc stehen frei zur Verfügung
Ansonsten ist alles nötige vorhanden ( Staubsauger, Bügelbrett, Töpfe, Pfannen, Putzmittel, Handtücher...)

Super Zentral. 1 Ubahn-Haltestelle vom Hauptbahnhof. Die nächste Busstation ( technische Universität) ist 1 Minute entfernt. U-Bahnhaltestelle Königsplatz ca 4 Min. Stachus auch nicht weit.
Diverse Museen fussläufig, wie Pinakotheken, Lehnbachhaus, Ägyptisches Museum...
Gleich in der Nähe beliebte Bars, wie das Komitee
Gegenüber: Technische Universität, unweit: Filmhochschule
