I rent my small apartment for the whole month of July to the intermediate rental. The apartment is located in a quiet, green neighborhood and is ideal for those who need Hamburg for a limited time to work, life or just get there.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for everyday life – perfect if you don’t like hotel and prefer to cook yourself or just want a little more “home feeling”.

Period: 1.–31. July (optionally slightly flexible)
Rent for the month: 800 € flat-rate (including all incidental costs and Wi-Fi)

Du bist im Juli in Hamburg? Brauchst für ein paar Wochen eine gemütliche Bleibe auf Zeit?
Ich vermiete meine kleine Wohnung für den gesamten Monat Juli zur Zwischenmiete. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, grünen Nachbarschaft und ist ideal für alle, die Hamburg für eine begrenzte Zeit zum Arbeiten, Leben oder einfach zum Ankommen brauchen.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Alltag braucht – perfekt, wenn du keine Lust auf Hotel hast und lieber selbst kochen oder einfach ein bisschen mehr „Zuhause-Gefühl“ möchtest.

Zeitraum: 1.–31. Juli (ggf. nach Absprache leicht flexibel)
Miete für den Monat: 800 € pauschal (inkl. aller Nebenkosten und WLAN)
