A spacious room is available in a very modern renovated apartment on the 3rd floor, but organized like two small flats in a bigger one sharing the costs.
The room is already furnished with a bed, 2 drawers and it has a balcony ;) We can bring in a table if you need it.
The kitchen is fully furnished with Bosch machines: has a big fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The bathroom has a modern shower and a wall heating.

Important:
- The room is available for one person only.
- We always make a round of cleaning weekly, so if you feel uncomfortable vacuuming and mopping the floor in the common areas other than your room, or washing your dishes, then this place does not fit for you. Please understand that if I leave kitchen and bathroom clean for you, I expect the same from your side. If you know what I'm talking about, you might be the right person :D

Residential street on Wollankstraße very quiet at night and you won't be bothered by the S-Bahn even though is close by.

You can't ask more than this :D

So far we always liked to have a chat around but also enjoyed our privacy too.
Your flatmate will be Lorenzo, an experienced 32 years-young guy from northern Italy, who shared flats with both girls and guys and speaks mostly english and handles deutsch as well.
Not directly vegetarian but almost :) Busy with work and his own things, he enjoys listening almost any kind of music apart from hiphop :D.
Relaxed and easy-going, he likes travelling and lived in two other countries before moving to Berlin.
He does not smoke and he's one of the cleanest and respectful person you can probably meet :D

In order to avoid unpleasant situations, you will need to:
- be able to pay the rent on time ;)
- no smoke inside ;)
- have no problem in cleaning rounds :)
- not to cook fry food :D
So nothing so strict :)

Rent includes (and I'm not making money out of it):
- Internet
- Energy costs especially which are higher than ever as you should know already
- Deposit: I spare you this ;)

I keep it as short as possible for your sake, so feel free to ask me any question you mind.
