Hallo Ihr lieben,

vermiete meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung mit 25qm Schlaf/Wohnzimmer mit zweiter Etage wo der kuschelige Schlafbereich ist und ein 180x200 Bett. Unten befindet sich ein Sofa und ein Beamer für gemütliche Filmabende. Großzügiger Schreibtischbereich, dort habe ich zwei Yamaha speaker für Musikliebhaber :) Zudem habe ich Pflanzen also wäre es schön wenn du/ihr dich/euch um sie kümmerst.

Die Küche ist mit allem Ausgestattet was ihr braucht, moderner Herd, viele Gewürzen zum kochen, Geschirrspüler, kaffeemaschine und so weiter. Das Badezimmer ist innenliegend klein aber fein mit einer Dusche.

Die Wohnung ist in bester Lage mit sämtlichen Verbindungen am S - Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz, zur S-Bahn Station läuft man ca. 1min von dort fährt die S7, S5, S75. 1 Station fahren und du bist am Ostrkeuz wo die Ring Bahn und viele Züge fahren oder S- Lichtenberg dort U5. Busse am Nölnerplatz 396, 240,194 und mit dem Fahrrad fahren in 10-20 min in fhain, treptow, neukölln. Supermarkt ist 10min zu Fuß und es gibt auch Flink ganz in der Nähe, die sie normalerweise in 10 Minuten liefern.

I rent my beautiful 1 room apartment with 25sqm bedroom/living room. with a second wood floor where the cozy sleeping area is and a 180x200 bed, plans and soft carpet. Below is a sofa and a projector for cuddly comfy movie nights. Generous desk area, I have two Yamaha speakers there for music lovers :) Also, I have a few plants so it would be nice if you take care of them.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, modern stove, lots of spices for cooking, dishwasher and so on. The bathroom is small inside but nice with a shower.

The apartment is in best location with all connections at the S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz, the S-Bahn station is about 1 minute walk and the S7, S5, S75 is running there. Drive 1 station and you are at Ostrkeuz where the Ringbahn and many trains are or S-Lichtenberg opposite direction for U5. Buses at Nölnerplatz 396, 240,194 and by bike in 10-20 min in Fhain, Treptow, Neukölln. Supermarket is 10mins walk and there is also Flink very close by which they usually deliver in 10mins.
