Generous two-room apartment with roof terrace, on the 8th floor. It is located directly next to the U8 subway station Heinrich Heine Straße, from where you can get directly to the city center within 5 minutes. The apartment is on a quaint street. Many shopping options are in the surrounding area.
My new, modern and comfortable apartment will fill you with joy during your stay in Berlin. The living room is very bright and spacious with a flat-screen TV, sofa and dining table that will delight you. It is extended into a dining room with direct exit to a large terrace with a beautiful view of Berliner Fernsehturm. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom spacious. For your perfect rest, you will have a bedroom with a queen-size bed and another room king size beds.4
For examining purpose we need following documents from you
* Copies of the last three pay slips
* In the case of self-employment SCHUFA (request now) information and proof of commencement
* A letter from the current landlord that the rent will be paid on time

There are two buildings opposite to each other, both are 5 storey buildings. I live on the 2 floor. I will also give you my blanket and pillow. The Tram station is just 2 minutes walk from my building and only 20 minutes away from alexenderplatz by tram,s-Bahn. There is no problem of car parking and bicycle parking stand.
There is also a Student bar in our building which is open on Thursday and Friday. In the Bar we also have kicker table and pool table. The drinks are very cheap because its a student bar. 1.20 euro for a beer and 2.30 for a long drink. There is a GYM also and there is a washing machine and dryer room in the basement.
