There are plenty of options to choose from. And we got you covered with wonderful working conditions.
Included is breakfast (sweet and savoury), coworking spaces, use of all common rooms, weekly room cleaning, 2-weekly bed linen changes and lots of good humour.
The rooms are built in Canary style and manner of construction. Because of the climatic conditions, little insulation is used. Therefore, it can be more clairaudient in the rooms than you are used to in continental Europe. In addition, there are no installed heaters. Nevertheless, in wintertime the house can cool down to 17 degrees. There are some mobile electric heaters available, but a jacket or warm sweater is still recommended, especially in the evening hours.
We offer several working places that are included in the price of the coliving. One large room for exclusively quiet work and 2 other rooms that are also suitable for calls. It is also possible to work in your own room, as they are all equipped with seating and writing facilities. The best internet is also available on the large roof terrace and in the garden.
Working in your own room is definitely possible. All rooms have a strong Wifi connection.
Each room has a table that can also be used as a working station. The only exception is Shared room #5, which does not have a table.
