Hallo ihr Alle,
Da wir wegen Eigenedarfs aus unser WG mussten, steht die 3-Zimmer WG ab Montag den 03.04.23 komplett leer.
Zwei der Zimmer würden wir vermieten, also falls ein Interesse an beiden Zimmern besteht, gibt das gerne bei eurer Nachricht mit an.
Das eine Zimmer ist 20qm groß, und hat eine 1,40 x 2m Matratzte (mit Lattenrost) und ein paar kleine Regale, Lampen und den Zugang zum Balkon. Es kostet ca. 520€
Mein altes Zimmer, das auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Ist sehr ruhig und hell. Es ist 16qm groß und hat ein Bett (1,40x2m), ein Bücherregal, einen Schreibtisch und zwei Regale mit Kleiderstange zur Verfügung.
Ich habe leider gaerade nicht die schönsten Bilder vom Zimmer. Der Raum ist bis auf die genannten Möbel leer. Also meine persönlichen Sachen sind eigentlich komplett raus. Also hast du ganz viel Platz für dich :)
Das Zimmer ist bis zum 29.04.23 befristet, die Übergabe wäre am 29. Morgens/ Vormittags, da am 30.04. bereits die Übergabe der gesamten Wohnung stattfindet und wir bis dahin viel ausräumen etc. müssen.
Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine, in der Küche einen Kühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine. Das alles kann natürlich mitgenutzt werden.
Im Moment ist die Wohnung leer, bietet also viel Ruhe und Raum, vielleicht kommt aber auch noch eine weitere liebe Person dazu.
Mir wäre es wichtig, dass die Wohnung rücksichtsvoll behandelt wird und am 29. auch wieder ordentlich übergeben wird.

Since we had to move out of our flat share, the 3-room flat share will be completely empty from Monday 03.04.23 onwards.
We would like to rent out two of the rooms, so if you are interested in both rooms, please mention it in your message.
One room is 20sqm, and has a 1,40 x 2m mattress (with slatted frame) and some small shelves, lamps, a big sofa and access to the balcony. It is already free from 01.04.2023 and costs about 550€. (by moving later it would be a bit cheaper)
My old room, which you can see in the pictures is very quiet and bright. It is 16sqm and has a bed (1,40x2m), a bookshelf, a desk and two shelves with a clothes rail which you can juse.
The room is limited until 29.04.23, the handover would be on the 29th in the morning, because on 30.04. the handover of the whole flat already takes place and we have to clear out a lot etc. until then.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom, a fridge and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Of course, all this can be used as well.
At the moment the flat is empty, so it offers a lot of peace and space, but maybe another lovely person will join you.
It would be important to me that the flat is treated considerately and that it is handed over properly on the 29th.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht super zentral, aber ist durch den Bus (M77) direkt vor der Haustür und weitere Buslinien, sowie die S-Bahnstation (5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) super angeboten.
Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es einen Bäcker und eine Pizzeria, sowie 2 Döner-Restaurants, 2 weiter Pizzerien, einen Späti, einen Edeka, Rewe, lidl, einen türkischen Supermarkt etc. fußläufig (alles 5-15 Minuten) entfernt.
Marienfelde ist sehr grün und gerade im April, wenn hier alles blüht und die Vögel singen wirklich schön! :)
Es gibt wirklich wunderschöne Parks hier.

The flat is not super central, but is well served by the bus (M77) right outside the front door and other bus lines, as well as the S-Bahn station (5 minutes walk away).
There is a bakery and a pizzeria right on the doorstep, as well as 2 kebab restaurants, 2 other pizzerias, a Späti, an Edeka, Rewe, lidl, a Turkish supermarket etc. within walking distance (all 5-15 minutes).
Marienfelde is very green and especially beautiful in April, when everything is in bloom and the birds are singing! :)
There are really beautiful parks here.
Im Moment ist es noch sehr ruhig, was ja aber auch etwas schönes haben kann.
Aber vielleicht kommt ja auch noch jemand dazu. Die Küche ist groß genug um gemeinsam zu kochen und der Balkon bietet auch genug Platz um dort gemeinsam zu sitzen.
Ich bin Lucie, 26 und habe jetzt 3 Jahre in diesem schönen Zimmer gewohnt.
Leider bin ich gerade schon ausgezogen, da wir wegen Eigenbedarf ab Mai alle schon etwas gefunden haben. Ich bin aber weiterhin bis Ende April die Hauptmieterin und Ansprechpartnerin und freue mich über liebe Kontakte und nette Nachrichten. Ich spreche deutsch, aber auch Englisch bekomme ich gut hin :)

I am Lucie, 26 and have lived in this beautiful room for 3 years now.
Unfortunately, I have just moved out, as we have all found a new place due to our own needs as of May. But I am still the main tenant and contact person until the end of April and I am looking forward to lovely contacts and nice messages. I speak German, but I also speak English :)
WLAN, Strom, Gas etc. ist natürlich inklusive und funktioniert auch alles einwandfrei.
Es wäre auch möglich das Zimmer für einen kürzeren Zeitraum zu mieten. Natürlich mit niedrigerer Miete- fragt gerne einfach nach!
Ich würde mich sehr über eine kurze Nachricht und ein paar Worte über euch freuen! :)

Wifi, electricity, gas etc. are of course included and everything works perfectly.
It would also be possible to rent the room for a shorter period. Of course with a lower rent - just ask!
