The room is big (around 25sqm), has a closet, desk, 180x200cm bed, and enough space for anything else you wanna bring. It is inside a beautiful 78 sqm Altbauwohnung in Berlin-Wedding.

Brüsseler Kiez, a lot of bars, several gyms, Berliner Hochschule für Technik around the corner, and Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland, Edeka, Rossmann, and four different dm all within minutes of walking. U-Bahn Seestraße is like 3-4 minutes away, Leopoldplatz around 10 minutes, and it connects you to U6, U9, M13, which means quick access to Mitte, Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg, Schöneberg, Tempelhof, etc.

You would live with me. I love to actually share the flat with my flatmates and not just live there side by side. In the past my room has been kind of a living room, with a couch, a tv, a piano and a balcony, so you can hang out there too. I might be away from time to time, but when I'm there I definitely love to do stuff together, like cooking, playing board games, clubbing, or whatever you like.

I will not be there for the first half of June and second half of August, it's possible that someone else will live in my room for these periods. I will also leave for a few months after August, and my friend is gonna move in. If you guys get along, it's possible that you can just stay in the flat and live there with him then. To prove that you have at least read through this, please just start your message with "Go Bears!". I will actually be traveling in an area without good connection from 24th of May on, so let's try to meet virtually on May 23rd if that's possible for you at all. I am not in Germany at the moment, so we can only meet virtually, and due to the time difference I could only do mornings (between like 6am and 10am, not finishing any later than 11am in any case) or evenings, from like 8pm onwards.
