Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei gleich große Zimmer mit je 16m2, welche bereits möbliert sind. Weitere Möblierung kann eingebracht werden oder wird ggf. durch den Vermieter gestellt.
Die Restliche Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Selbst Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Koch-utensilien sind vorhanden. Über die Küche mit neuwertiger Küchenzeile inkl. Geschirrspüler, einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner, ist der Balkon zugänglich. Es gibt da eine Sitzgruppe und eine Couch aus Paletten. Im recht großen Garten trifft sich gern die Hausgemeinschaft zum Grillen und chillen.
Es gibt darüber hinaus ein Stereo-System mit Bluetooth, zwei TVs mit Kabelanschluss und 50Mbit WLan.
The apartment has two rooms of the same size, each 16m2, which are already furnished. Further furniture can be brought in or will be provided by the landlord if necessary.
The rest of the apartment is completely furnished. Even towels, bed linen and cooking utensils are provided. The balcony is accessible via the kitchen with a new kitchen unit including a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. There's a seating area and a couch made out of pallets. The house community likes to meet and chill out in the fairly large garden.
There is also a stereo system with Bluetooth, two TVs with cable connection and 50Mbit WiFi.

Das Apartment befindet sich in 01127 Dresden im 1.OG eines sanierten Altbaus in ruhiger Lage. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar (Edeka, DM, Subway...). Die nächste S-Bahn Station ist 300m entfernt: 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof Neustadt, 13 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Damit braucht man beispielsweise nur 25 Minuten bis zur HTW (Tür-zu-Tür) und nur etwas mehr zur TU-Dresden. Zusätzlich sind mehrere Straßenbahnlinien erreichbar. Die Autobahn ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
Infineon, Bosch, Globalfoundries und den Techno-Park erreicht man jeweils in unter 15 Minuten mit dem Auto und circa 30 Minuten mit den Öffentlichen.

The nearest S-Bahn station is 300m away: 5 minutes to Neustadt train station, 13 minutes to the main train station. For example, you only need 25 minutes to the HTW (door-to-door) and only a little more to the TU Dresden. In addition, several tram lines are accessible. The highway is 5 minutes away.
