I am an English speaking international student from tbe United States but the other people living in the apartment are German speaking. The rent for this apartment includes all utilities includng wifi and electricity. This room is under 3 minutes from REWE and other shops such as clothing stores and dm. It is about a 3 minute walk to the markerplace. There is a kitchen with a seating area, cupboard, 2 fridges, a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and oven. There is also a large entryway for storing shoes and drying laundry. There is also bike storage downstairs and a cellar.

The other roommates request that you do not smoke in the kitchen, hallway, or bathroom or have pets.

The room is large and has plenty of room for adding furniture such as a wardrobe and couch. We will include the bed and desk. The desk and bed are both very large. The utensils and pots and pans are shared between flatmates. The intitial viewing can be online but the flatmates would like to meet you in person before you move in.
