The room is clean, bright and in good condition and has a window to the backyard, so it is very quiet. The apartment is well laid out overall, so that the kitchen and bathroom are easily accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is internal with built-in and well-functioning ventilation. The kitchen is clean, functional and very bright thanks to large windows facing the courtyard.
i am looking for a new roommate at long and short term, either on a temporary or permanent basis.
My apartment is spacious and offers enough space for every roommate. i also have roof access, so my balcony stretches across the entire block, if you want.

The room on offer has plenty of storage space for clothes, a bed, a table and a chair if you don't have your own furniture.

You are welcome to use my dishes in the kitchen; i use the dishwasher to do the washing up. In the living room there is a television with cable TV in HD and in my bathroom, with a bathtub and integrated shower, there is also my washing machine.
The room is very big, bright and beautiful. It also has a balcony towards the park. The whole flat has old wooden floor and high ceilings, it´s very beautiful. Weichselpark is just in front and the Kanal is around the corner. Nice Cafés and bars are close by but still the area is quiet and relaxed during nighttime. You will be sharing the flat with me and with someone else.
