Hallo Zusammen,
da ich für mein Auslandssemester von August bis Dezember wegziehe, wird das Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Die Wohnung wird, wie ihr sehen könnt, gerne minimalistisch gehalten und liegt sehr sehr zentral. Zu Fuß seid ihr in 8 Minuten beim Hauptbahnhof oder beim Jungfernstieg. Dementsprechend gibt es in der Nähe auch zwei Rewe oder viele Lebensmittelläden beim Steindamm. Du würdest hier zusammen mit Simon leben, der gerade sein Praktikum beim peruanischen Konsulat macht. Simon ist sehr umgänglich, gerne unterwegs und offen abends zusammen zu kochen oder ein Bierchen zu trinken. Aber wir respektieren auch wenn man nach der Arbeit einfach mal im Zimmer chillen will.
Wenn du auch offen und kommunikativ bist und nichts gegen Pflanzen gießen hast, meld dich gerne. Den Rest sehen wir dann bei der Besichtigung :)

Hello All,
as I'm moving away for my semester abroad from August to December, the room is available for an interim rent. The apartment is, kept minimalistic and is very centrally located. You can get to the main station or Jungfernstieg walking 8 minutes. Accordingly, there are also two supermarket or many grocery stores nearby at Steindamm. You would live here together with Simon, who is currently doing his internship at the Peruvian consulate. Simon is very sociable, likes to be out , and is open to cooking together or having a beer in the evening. But he also respects if you just want to chill in your room after work.
If you are also open and communicative and don't mind watering plants, feel free to contact us. The rest we will see at the viewing :)
