Hey Everyone! First of all, let me start by apologizing for using english, it's just easier for me this way. But then again, we are an international group of young adults and mainly interact with each other in english, so i guess this apology isn't really necessary.
Anyway, one of our lovely roommates is moving out and i was tasked with finding someone that would fit in with the vibe we have in this apartment.
The Room is about 12m2 and comes without furniture, the floor is wooden and the ceiling is really high which gives the room a very open and vintage vibe. The room gets a lot of sunlight and has a nice view of our garden. It is the furthest one from the street which makes it really quiet as well. Rent is 546€ with all the costs, including internet.
The apartment has a decently sized kitchen with every appliance you might need, we share a big living room that has a fireplace which is super cozy to use in the winter, there is one bahtroom with a washing machine, and one toilet separated, we also have a balcony up front (living room) and a huge garden in the back (kitchen).
The apartment is located very centrally, in a quiet street, 15 min walk from Sternschanze. Two conveniently placed Bus lines are a 3 min walk away and the U2 line is a 8 min walk away. We have a Penny right around the corner, but Aldi, Edeka and Rewe are also in walking distance. There's a cute little park right in front of our door, many cool cafes and restaurants, a nearby fitness facility with outdoor and indoor pools and some really pretty walking areas with lots of greens and cute little shops. Did i mention we also have a really nice garden?! It's such a perk to have in the city centre, especially in the summer. I honestly got excited just thinking about it right now
You would be sharing this apartment with 3 lovely, open-minded and chill people who either work and or study full time. Everyone has their own life and routine going on, so we dont spend that much time together, but whenever we can, we like to get together and go out or cook and watch a movie or just have a drink or two in our garden.
We have an open communication about everything regarding our WG life, so any issues get resolved quickly.
Currently we are not using a cleaning plan, so we just all do our best to keep the place clean and so far that has worked just fine, but we are always happy to hear new ideas and suggestions that could improve our already pretty harmonious coexistence :)
