In der sanierten, lichtdurchfluteten Altbauwohnung wird ab ende Mai mein Zimmer (möbliert) frei, da ich einige Monate in Italien verbringen werde. Daher suchen mein jetziger Mitbewohner und ich für den Zeitraum von Juni bis ende November / Anfang Dezember eine/einen Mitbewohner/in. Die Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung hat zwei Balkone, eine Wohnküche, ein WC und ein Badezimmer. Die außerordentlich zentrale dennoch ruhige Lage, da zum Innenhof ausgerichtet (Südost), ist besonders hervorzuheben. In unmittelbarer Nähe findest Du im Grindelviertel zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants, das Abaton Kino, die Universität Hamburg, den Fernbahnhof Dammtor, das Schanzenviertel oder auch den weitläufigen Park Planten un Bloomen. Somit kannst du den Sommer in Hamburg perfekt nutzen :) Die unkomplizierte Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist ebenfalls wunderbar. Mein Mitbewohner Julian und ich haben ein entspanntes, unkompliziertes, lustiges, rücksichtvolle Miteinander. Für gemeinsame Koch- und Spieleabende tolle Gespräche, Sport und spannende Freizeitaktivitäten ist Julian immer zu begeistern. Aber alles nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss. Wir freuen uns Dich kennenzulernen :)

n the renovated, light-flooded old apartmentmy room (furnished) will be available from the end of May, as I will spend a few months in Italy. Therefore, my current roommate and I are looking for a roommate for the period fromJune to the end of November. The two-room apartment has two balconies, a kitchen-living room, a toiletand a bathroom. The extraordinarily central yet quiet location, as it faces theinner courtyard (southeast), is particularly noteworthy. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous bars and restaurants in the Grindelviertel, the Abaton cinema, the University of Hamburg, the long-distance train station Dammtor, the Schanzenviertel or the extensive park Planten un Bloomen. So you can make the most of the summer in Hamburg :) The uncomplicated connection to public transport is also wonderful. My roommate Julian and I have a relaxed, uncomplicated, funny, considerate togetherness. Julian is always enthusiastic about great cooking and games evenings, sports and exciting leisure activities. But everything according to the motto: Everything is optional, nothing is required. We look forward to meeting you.
Zentrale Lage, nähe Uni Hamburg. Fußläufig - innerhalb von 3-10 Minuten findest Du den Park Planten un Bloomen, Bushaltestelle Grindelallee, Fernbahnhof Dammtor, das quirlige Schanzenviertel, die Uni Hamburg, das Messegelände, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars Restaurants, Kino, - auch zur Außenalster ist es nicht weit. Somit findest Du alles nötige innerhalb weniger Minuten.
Absolut entspanntes und freundschaftliches WG-Leben. Wir kochen gemeinsam, sitzen Abends gern mal bei einem Bierchen zusammen, unternehmen etwas, machen Sport, am Wochenende stehen gemeinsame Fahrradtouren an oder wir gehen auf den Wochenmarkt und decken uns für den nächsten Kochabend ein, spielen in den umliegenden Parks Tischtennis ect.. Aber alles ungezwungen und entspannt :) Diese WG wird deine Lebensqualität um einiges nach oben bringen ;)
