Da ich für 6 Wochen aus meinem eigenen Zimmer raus sein werde, biete ich mein schönes WG-Zimmer für 6 Wochen zur Miete an.
Es liegt im schönen Bezirk Eimsbüttel, die Buslinie 4 direkt vor dem Haus, der nächste Rewe ist 5 Minuten und die S-Bahn Langenfelde ist 7 Minuten entfernt. Ebenfalls 7 Minuten zu Fuß sind es bis zur schönen Osterstraße, wo es viele Einkaufs- und Chillmöglichkeiten gibt.
Das Haus selbst ist ordentlich, man hat eine Küche und zwei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, und der Mitbewohner ist ein netter Kerl, der Nachtschichten arbeitet, so dass man im Haus praktisch alleine ist:)
Ich würde lieber jemanden haben, der für 6 Wochen mietet, aber ich bin auch nicht abgeneigt, es teilweise zu mieten, z.B. zwei Wochen am Stück. In diesem Fall könnten wir über die Preise sprechen.
Für die gesamten 6 Wochen verlange ich 600 Euro.
Since I will be out of my own room for 6 weeks, I am putting my lovely flat room up for rent for 6 weeks.
Its in the lovely district Eimsbüttel, the bus 4 directly in front of the building, closest Rewe is 5 minutes and the S-Bahn statin Langenfelde is 7 minutes away. It is also 7 minutes on foot to the lovely Osterstraße, where there are a lot of shopping and chilling places.
House itself is tidy, you get a kitchen and two different coffee machines, and the roomate is a lovely guy who works nightshifts, so in the bouse you’re practically alone:)
I would rather have someone who would rent for 6 weeks, but im also not closed to the idea of renting it partially, like two weeks at a time. In that case we could talk about the prices.
