Wir werden unsere WG umstrukturieren und suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin, die mit uns in Eimsbüttel (Nähe UKE) wohnen möchte. Die Wohnung ist nur 5 Minuten vom Hauptcampus der Uni Hamburg entfernt (Fahrrad, Bus).

Zur WG:
Wir sind momenten 3 Mitbewohnerinnen, nun geht eine ins Ausland und das Zimmer wird ab dem 1.06.2025 frei. Sie nimmt sich zunächst ein halbes Jahr Zeit, um zu sehen, wie es läuft und zu entscheiden, ob sie zurückkommt oder nicht. Deswegen ist das Zimmer erstmal für ein halbes Jahr und je nach Verlauf möglicherweise noch länger verfür gbar.

Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer:
Das kleinste Zimmer: It is hat einen tollen Ausblick zum Garten und Balkon. It's ist sehr ruhig und hell.
Das mittlere Zimmer: Es ist etwas größer, aber auch ein bisschen lauter und der Ausblick ist nicht so schön.
Das größte Zimmer: Es tooth auch als Wohnzimmer, in dem wir gemeinsame Zeit verbringen können.

Zu Uns:
Ich bin 27 Jahre alt, habe Chemie studiert und studiere jetzt Ökotrophologie. Ich komme aus Argentinien und wohne seit 7 Jahren in Hamburg. Die Stadt gefällt mir gut. Ich mag nähen (auch wenn ich nicht besonders gut bin)
Zu Andrea (die andere Mitbewohnerin die bleibt):
Sie ist 28 Jahre alt, kommt aus SPanien und wohnt seit einigen Jahren in Hamburg. Sie ist Journalist und arbeitet von Zuhause als. Sie sprich englisch, deutsch und auch ein bisschen italienisch:)

Die Wohnung ist 80qm groß und das größte Zimmer died away als Wohnzimmer. Hier habe ich mein Schlafzimmer, ein großes Sofa, einen Fernseher, Brettspiele und Bücher, die alle nutzen können, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen.

Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Balkon und Zugang zu einem schönen Garten, der über den Keller erreichbar ist. Dort kann man grillen und mit Freunden zusammen sein.

Zum Zimmer:
Das Zimmer hat ca. 13 qm, mit Blick auf den Balkon und den Garten. Das Fenster geht direkt zum Balkon, und zu dieser Jahreszeit bekommt das Zimmer viel Licht, ohne dass die Sonne blendet. It's ist perfekt für den Sommer!

Lage:
Die Wohnung ist ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß von der Bushaltestelle Gärtnerstraße und ca. 10 Minuten von der U-Bahn Hoheluft entfernt. It is ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, ganz in der Nähe des Hauptcampus der Uni. It is gibt viele Parks in der Nähe und Supermärkte: Penny ist 10 Meter entfernt und Rewe 50 Meter.

We are reorganizing our shared apartment and we are looking for a new partner who wants to live with us in Eimsbüttel (near the UKE). The apartment is just 5 minutes from the main campus of the University of Hamburg.

On the shared floor:
Now my partner has finished his studies and plans to go abroad. It will take half a year to decide whether or not to return. Therefore, the room is initially available for half a year, and depending on how everything goes, it could be longer.

The floor has 3 rooms:
The smallest room: It has a great view of the garden and the balcony. It's very quiet and bright.
The middle room: It's a little bigger, but also a little louder and the view is not that pretty.
The largest room: It also works as a living room, where we can spend time together.

On nostrils:
I'm 27 years old, I studied chemistry and now I'm studying Nutrition in Bergedorf. I'm from Argentina and I've been living in Hamburg for 7 years. I like the city. I like to sew (though I'm not very good)
About Andrea (the other company that is left): it is from Spain, lives a year ago here in Hamburg and likes Germany a lot. She's a journalist and works from home. At the moment he's here and he doesn't know if he's gonna want to move or stay here.

The apartment has 80 m ² and the largest room also works as a living room. Here I have my bedroom, a large sofa, a TV, table games and books so that everyone can enjoy and spend time together.

We have a shared balcony and access to a beautiful garden, which you can access through the basement. There you can make a barbecue and be with friends.

About the room:
The room has about 13 m ², overlooking the balcony and the garden. The window gives directly to the balcony and at this time of year it receives a lot of light, but without dazzling. It's perfect for summer

Location:
The apartment is about 7 minutes' walk from the Gärtnerstraße bus stop and about 10 minutes from Hoheluft Metro Station. It is a very quiet area, very close to the main campus of the university. There are many parks nearby and supermarkets: Penny is 10 meters away and Rewe is 50 meters away.

Estamos reorganizando nuestro piso compartido y buscamos una nueva compañera que quiera vivir con nosotras en Eimsbüttel (cerca del UKE). El piso está a solo 5 minutos del campus principal de la Universidad de Hamburgo.

Sobre el piso compartido:
Ahora mi compañera ha terminado sus estudios y planea irse al extranjero. Se tomará medio año para decidir si regresa o no. Por eso, la habitación está disponible inicialmente por medio año, y dependiendo de cómo vaya todo, podría ser por más tiempo.

El piso tiene 3 habitaciones:
La habitación más pequeña: Tiene una vista estupenda al jardín y al balcón. Es muy tranquila y luminosa.
La habitación mediana: Es un poco más grande, pero también un poco más ruidosa y la vista no es tan bonita.
La habitación más grande: También funciona como sala de estar, donde podemos pasar tiempo juntas.

Sobre nostras:
Tengo 27 años, estudié Química y ahora estoy estudiando Nutrición en Bergedorf. Soy de Argentina y llevo 7 años viviendo en Hamburgo. Me gusta la ciudad. Me gusta coser (aunque no soy muy buena)
Sobre Andrea (la otra compi que e queda): es de Espania, vive hace unso anios acá en Hamburgo y le gusta mucho Alemania. Ella es periodista y trabaja desde casa. Por el momento está aquí y no sabe bien si querrá mudarse o quedarse aquí.

El piso tiene 80 m² y la habitación más grande también funciona como sala de estar. Aquí tengo mi dormitorio, un gran sofá, un televisor, juegos de mesa y libros para que todos puedan disfrutar y pasar tiempo juntos.

Tenemos un balcón compartido y acceso a un hermoso jardín, al que se puede acceder a través del sótano. Allí se puede hacer una barbacoa y estar con amigos.

Sobre la habitación:
La habitación tiene unos 13 m², con vista al balcón y al jardín. La ventana da directamente al balcón y en esta época del año recibe mucha luz, pero sin deslumbrar. Es perfecta para el verano

Ubicación:
El piso está a unos 7 minutos a pie de la parada de autobús Gärtnerstraße y a unos 10 minutos de la estación de metro Hoheluft. Es una zona muy tranquila, muy cerca del campus principal de la universidad. Hay muchos parques cerca y supermercados: Penny está a 10 metros y Rewe a 50 metros.


Todos los muebles de la habitacióne stán a la venta por un muy buen precio
