Das geräumige Zimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, einen Schreibtisch, WLAN, einen Smart-TV, einen Schrank für deine Sachen, sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und Toilette werden gemeinsam genutzt. In der Küche gibt es einen eigenen Vorratsschrank für Lebensmittel und einen eigenen Raum im Kühlschrank.
The spacious room has a queen-size bed, a desk, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a closet for your belongings, as well as towels and bed linen. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared. In the kitchen there is a separate food storage cabinet and a separate space in the fridge.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in einem ruhigen Viertel gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die U2-Station Osterstraße ca. 10 Minuten, und das Sternschanzenviertel mit vielen tollen Bars und Restaurants ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben eine schöne Terrasse mit einem großen Garten, der im Sommer besonders schön ist.
The apartment is located very centrally in a quiet neighbourhood. Bus station is a 4 min walk away, the U2 station Osterstraße around 10 min, and the Sternschanze area with many great bars and restaurants is a 20 min walk away. We have a lovely terrace with a big garden, which is especially great in the summer.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit 3 sehr freundlichen Mitbewohnern im Alter von 25 bis 32 Jahren teilen. Wir sind eine ziemlich internationale WG und alle von uns sprechen sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch. Wir alle arbeiten Vollzeit, was bedeutet, dass wir alle unser eigenes Leben und Routinen haben, aber wir kommen sehr gut miteinander aus.
You would be sharing the apartment with 3 very friendly roommates aged from 25 to 32. We are a pretty international WG and all of us speak both german and english. We all work full time, meaning we all have our own lives and routines, but we get along great.
Ich möchte mein Zimmer für etwa 30 Tage vermieten, weil ich im Urlaub sein werde. Wenn du interessiert bist, schreibe mir einfach eine Nachricht und erzähle mir ein wenig über dich und warum du ein Zimmer mieten möchtest. Wenn du noch etwas wissen möchtest, frag einfach und ich werde so schnell wie möglich antworten :)
