Die WG besteht aus 2 Zimmern, wobei das Größere mit 19 qm befristet vermietet wird. Die Bilder die du gerade siehst sind von dem kleineren Zimmer (!). Die Zimmer sind aber vom Schnitt, Boden, Himmelsrichtung etc. ähnlich, außer dass du noch einen Balkon haben wirst ;-). Das Zimmer wird „teilmöbeliert“ vermietet, da ein Schrank im Zimmer stehen bleiben wird (nicht die Möbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer UKE Nähe sowie zwischen dem Eppendorfer Park und dem Hayns Park, nahe der Alster. Zur U-Bahn Station Kellinghusenstraße (von wo man mit der U3 und U1 überall super hinkommt) sind es 7 min zu Fuß und ein Bus Richtung Altona fährt alle 5 min direkt vor der Tür. Cafes, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Penny, Edeka, dm, ...), Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitness sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 4 min Fußweg).
Ich bin Astrid, 48J., Heilpädagogin und Kindertherapeutin, arbeite Mo bis Do und bin am Wochenende häufiger unterwegs. Ich mag Küchenplaudereien, koche gerne mal zusammen und ziehe mich gerne auch zurück und mag es ruhig. Wie's passt! :)
Vorzugsweise wird eine Frau, ab 25 Jahren mit WG-Erfahrung gesucht. Der Zeitpunkt der Befristung kann besprochen werden.
Ggf. kann auch ein gemieteter Parkplatz geteilt werden.
