In our warm and relaxed WG the beautiful, quiet, furnished room is free. It is partly furnished with
a 1.40 bed and a clothes stand. From the window you have a very beautiful view into the green
and hear the birds whistle.
We are a warm, open women's WG, in which everyone can walk relaxed, but you are also happy to meet a wine in the kitchen spontaneously. Since we are all quite diligent,
We look forward to working with each other in a mindful manner so that we can work at home in peace.
The apartment is spacious with 4.5 rooms. There is a kitchen with a balcony, an open hall, a bowling room and
Bathroom and toilet are separated. And the old building charm is just cozy.
The location is really great. Restaurants, cafes and Penny market are just outside the door, but the rooms are quiet.
It would be nice if you brought WG experience.
In unserer herzlichen und relaxten WG wird das schöne, ruhige, möblierte Zimmer frei. Es ist teil möbliert mit
einem 1,40 Bett und einem Kleiderständer. Aus dem Fenster hat man einen sehr schönen Blick ins Grüne
und hört die Vögel pfeifen.
Wir sind eine herzliche, offene Frauen-WG, in welcher jeder entspannt seinen Weg gehen kann, aber man sich auch freut, wenn man sich spontan auf einen Wein in der Küche trifft. Da wir alle recht fleißig sind,
freuen wir uns, wenn wir rücksichtsvoll mit einander umgehen, damit wir auch mal in Ruhe zu Hause arbeiten können.
Die Wohnung ist mit 4,5 Zimmern großzügig. Es gibt eine Wohnküche mit Balkon, einen offenen Flur, Besenkammer und
Bad und WC sind getrennt. Und der Altbau-Charme ist einfach gemütlich.
Die Lage ist richtig toll. Restaurants, Cafés und Penny Markt liegen direkt vor der Tür, trotzdem sind die Zimmer ruhig.
Es wäre schön, wenn Du WG Erfahrung mitbringst.
