Moin, moin. Ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 15.04 bis 15.06. Es ist ausgelegt für bis zu 2 Gäste und möbiliert. Bett, Schränke, Schreibtisch etc. sind vorhanden und können von dir benutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist ca 70qm groß und ist für 3-Personen ausgelegt. Es gibt eine kleine Küche+Spülmaschine, ein großes Bad+Badewanne und Holzdielenfußboden. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Hbf, Chilehaus und Rathausmarkt. Neuerdings sind wir Teil des Weltkulturerbes Kontorhausviertel. Perfekt für alle, die die schöne Kultur der Hansestadt genießen wollen ;)
Preislich liegt die Miete bei 500€ incl. alles. Bei Fragen, fragen!

Olá. I rent my room from 15.04 to 15.06. It is designed for up to 2 guests and furnished. Bed, cupboards, desk etc. are available and can be used by you. The apartment is about 70 square meters and is designed for 3 persons. There is a small kitchen + dishwasher, a large bathroom + bathtub and wooden floorboards. The apartment is located between the main station, Chilehaus and Rathausmarkt. Recently we are part of the world cultural heritage Kontorhausviertel. Perfect for all who like to shop and enjoy the beautiful culture of the Hanseatic city ;)
The rent is 500€ incl. everything. For questions, ask!
