Die Wohnung liegt im 1.OG und in netter Lage mitten in Hamburg Hamm.
Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster mit Blick auf den Innenhof und ist sehr hell gestaltet. Der Laminatboden ist neu und die Einrichtung von IKEA. Auch die Küche ist frisch eingebaut (anders als auf dem Foto) mit Abzugshaube und Waschmaschine. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett.
Die U-Bahnstation "Hammer Kirche" ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt man ca. 5Minuten mit dem Auto und der Bahn. Einen Supermarkt erreicht man innerhalb von 5Minuten zu Fuß. Auch Bäcker und Friseure sind in der Nähe(5min). Außerdem gibt es einen Anschluß zur Autobahn B5 die direkt von der Eiffestraße abgeht.
Zurzeit sind wir 2 Berufstätige und deshalb tagsüber nicht in der Wohnung. Abends wird mal zusammen gekocht oder Sport getrieben. Jedoch gibt es auch Tage an denen man sich durch die verschiedenen Tagesplanungen gar nicht sieht. Falls dich das nicht stört und du gerne in die Wohnung einziehen willst melde dich gerne.
Regelmäßiges Aufräumen und ein Grundverständnis von Sauberkeit setzen wir natürlich voraus.
