Für das WG-Zimmer werde ich mit Dir einen Untermietvertrag abschließen. Da ich plane, zum ersten September auszuziehen, könntest Du den Hauptmietvertrag (ca. 700 € pro Monat) ab dann übernehmen oder einfach mit ausziehen.
For the room we will make a sublease agreement. It is possible to take over the main rental agreement of the apartment from September onwards (700 € per month) because I plane to move out. It is also possible to stay just until the end of August.

Dein Zimmer:
Die Küche und Dein Zimmer (blaue Markierung im Grundriss) sind zum Innenhof gerichtet. Somit musst Du keinen lauten Straßenlärm fürchten. Dein Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, allerdings könntest Du einen selbst gebauten Schrank von deinem Vormieter übernehmen.
Your room:
The kitchen and your room (marked blue) are located to the inner courtyard. So you won´t suffer from loud traffic noise. Your room is partly furnished and you could buy the big selfmade wardrobe (see photo) from my former flatmate.
Anbindung /Connection:
- nächste Bushaltestelle (Harmsstraße) 50 m entfernt / next bus stop (Harmsstraße) is just 50 m across the street
- S-Bahn-Station Harburg-Rathaus: ca. 10 min zu Fuß / 10 min by foot to the next urban railway station

Freizeit und Einkaufen/ Freetime and Food Shops:
Bis zum Außenmühlenpark und zum Park im Göhlbachtal dauert es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten ein Edeka und ein Penny (je ca. 100 m entfernt). Außerdem ist ein Bäcker direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. / The next supermarkets are just 100 m away and a bakery is just across the street. It´s possible to reach the next parks in the Göhlbachtal or at the Außenmühle (lake) in 5 minutes by foot.
