Das WG-Zimmer ist in einer wunderschönen frisch renovierten Wohnung mit Balkon zum Garten/ Innenhof.
Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt außerdem über ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, über eine Badewanne und über eine neue Küche.
Das Zimmer wäre ab 1.3. verfügbar.
Die Miete beträgt 600€ warm inkl. NK und WLAN, als Kaution sind 1200€ angesetzt.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der TU, und 2Min. zu Fuß von der SBahn Station Harburg Rathaus entfernt, von dort ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Außerdem ist es nett in Harburg, es ist nicht so riesig wie Hamburg, und viel grüner als man denkt. Außerdem entwickelt es sich gerade, vor allem der kleine Hafen mit vielen Restaurants, etc.

Ich wünsche mir eine coole Wohngemeinschaft, die mehr ist, als eine Zweck-WG, zum Beispiel mit gemeinsamen Koch-, Film oder Spieleabenden, gerne mit einem Weinchen oder Bier und habe Spaß an guten Gesprächen und immer ein offenes Ohr.
Ich bin seit Dezember 2018 mit meinem Zahnmedizinstudium fertig, habe dann eine Famulatur / Praktikum bei einer Gesundheits-Organisation in Peru gemacht und arbeite jetzt seit Juli 2019 als Zahnärztin in einer ländlichen Zahnarztpraxis.
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, bin naturverbunden, koche und backe und gärtnere gerne. Ebenso mag ich Outdoor-Aktivitäten, wie wandern, spazieren gehen, Ski fahren, etc.
