HIKARI and BjÖREN

The apartment is very centrally located at Grindel-Viertel/Universität, Eimsbüttel. Ab 01.Mai 2025 ist ein ruhig gelegen und schön möbliertes Zimmer von 15m2 mit Blick in den Garten zu vermieten.

Die Wohnung selbst ist Teil eines Mehrfamilien Hauses und vom Alter und Aufstellung der Anwohner ganz gemischt. Anliegend gibt es einen großen Garten der im Sommer zur Entspannung einlädt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral am Grindel-Viertel/ Universität, Eimsbüttel gelegen. Von hieraus ist es ein Katzensprung zum kleinen charmanten Kino oder Theater, zum Bäcker, netten Cafés, einer Auswahl an Restaurantnach & für jeden Geschmack. Auch die Alster, Planten un Bloom (Park), die Schanze oder Innenstadt sind mit dem Rad in 5min zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in innerhalb von 3 min. erreichbar, alternativ befinden sich hier auch mehrere Stadtrad-Stationen. In diesem Sinne, wir freuen uns Dich kennenzulernen!
