Yulissa and I cook a lot, do a lot of yoga and sports and are very open minded people. We speak English, German and Spanish. We both work from home or from the office.

Yulissa is expected to leave the apartment between July and September and move to Berlin.

As described in the room description, we will share the complete apartment from that time onwards. Children's room means for me that I am also open to a single-parent woman or man. Since it is currently very difficult to get living space and this is a very large apartment, I would also not have a problem with it. Your share with child would increase slightly because you then use two rooms for yourself. But we will discuss this personally.

Otherwise, a WG with 3 adults is excluded. Only as long as Yulissa still lives here, we will live in a WG with three adults, then only two or three with child.

It should be said that I am often with my family in Mecklenburg Vorpommern during the weekends and you have the apartment on your own regularly for the weekend.

Yulissa und ich kochen viel, machen viel Yoga und Sport und sind sehr aufgeschlossene Menschen. Wir sprechen englisch, deutsch und spanisch. Wir arbeiten beide zum Teil von zu Hause oder aus dem Büro.

Wir würden uns über eine sympathische, offene Person freuen, die Lust auf ein angenehmes Miteinander hat – und die einen gesunden Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit mitbringt.

Yulissa wird voraussichtlich zwischen Juli und September die Wohnung verlassen und nach Berlin umziehen.
Ab diesem Zeitpunkt teilen wir uns die komplette Wohnung dann gemeinsam. Falls du aus Berlin kommst, wäre ein Tauschangebot für Yulissa sehr interessant.

In Zukunft wirst du dann mit mir in dieser Wohnung wohnen.

Wie in der Zimmerbeschreibung beschrieben, teilen wir uns ab diesem Zeitpunkt die komplette Wohnung. Jeder von uns hat dann sein eigenes Zimmer, sein eigenes Badezimmer, den großen gemeinsamen Wohn-und Essbereich, die Speisekammer, ein weiteres gemeinsames Zimmer mit Kleiderschrank zur Nutzung als Gästezimmer, Yogaraum, Arbeitszimmer oder auch ggf. Kinderzimmer.

Kinderzimmer bedeutet für mich, dass ich auch aufgeschlossen gegenüber einer alleinerziehenden Frau oder Mann bin. Da es derzeit sehr schwer ist Wohnraum zu bekommen und dies eine sehr große Wohnung ist, hätte ich auch damit kein Problem. Dein Anteil mit Kind würde sich dann etwas erhöhen, weil ihr dann ja zwei Zimmer für euch alleine nutzt. Aber dies besprechen wir dann persönlich.

Ansonsten sei gesagt eine WG mit 3 Erwachsenen ist ausgeschlossen. Nur so lange Yulissa noch hier wohnt, werden wir in einer WG mit drei Erwachsenen leben, danach nur zweit oder zu dritt mit Kind.

Es sei noch gesagt, dass ich an den Wochenenden oft bei meiner Familie in Mecklenburg Vorpommern bin und du die Wohnung an den Wochenende also auch regelmäßig für dich alleine hast.

What is more to say is the following. We live in a kind of generations house. There are pensioners, many children and single persons. We meet regularly for joint parties and live a community. The other people in this house would be very happy, if you will participate in it in the future.

For this we have a common playground in the courtyard, a workshop in the basement and a common room with kitchen, beamer, many seats, a toilet and a large terrace for shared use. This community space can be used for celebrations. In the house there are many children that can be played in the courtyard.

We are also equipped with a bicycle cellar in the underground garage and a bicycle house in the garden.

Was es zusätzlich zu sagen gilt, ist folgendes. Wir leben in einer Art Generationen Haus. Hier gibt es Rentner, viele Kinder und auch Alleinstehende. Wir treffen uns regelmäßig zu gemeinsamen Festen und leben eine Gemeinschaft. Die anderen Menschen in diesem Haus würden sich sehr freuen, wenn auch du dich in Zukunft daran beteiligst.

Dazu haben wir einen gemeinsamen Spielplatz im Innenhof, eine Werkstatt im Keller und einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche, Beamer, vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, einer Toilette und einer großen Terrasse zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. Dieser Gemeinschaftsraum kann für Feiern genutzt werden. Im Haus gibt es viele Kinder mit denen im Innenhof gespielt werden kann.

Des Weiteren sind wir mit einem Fahrradkeller in der Tiefgarage und einem Fahrradhaus im Garten ausgestattet.

Ich und die Gemeinschaft sind an einer längeren Untervermietung an dich interessiert. Wir schließen gemeinsam einen Untermietvertrag, um uns beide abzusichern.
