Zum Angebot stehen zwei Zimmer (15 und 10qm) sowie ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer. Die Räume sind wie der Rest der Wohnung letztes Jahr saniert worden und befinden sich in einem tadellosen Zustand. Sie verfügen über hohe Decken und einem frisch aufbereiten Dielenboden. Ein weiter Raum von 15qm mit dem Zugang zur groß Loggia lädt zur gemeinsamen Nutzung ein. Ich bewohne momentan zwei weitere Räume in der Wohnung.
Two rooms (15 and 10 square meters) and a common living room are available for rent. Like the rest of the apartment, the rooms have been renovated last year and are in perfect condition. They have high ceilings and a freshly prepared floorboard. Another space of 15sqm with access to the Loggia invites you to use it. I currently have two more rooms in the apartment in use.
Beste Lage. Der Erdkampsweg mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Supermärkten ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein weiter Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Alstertal. Ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Ebenfalls nur 5min entfernt. Die nächste Övpn Möglichkeit ist U/S Ohlsdorf. 10 min entfernt. Die reine Fahrzeit nach St. Pauli oder in die Schanze beträgt weniger als 20 min. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die anderen Bewohner*innen des Hauses sehr umgänglich. Für mich tatsächlich eine der schönsten Lagen Hamburgs
Best location. The Erdkampsweg with numerous shops and supermarkets is only a 5-minute walk away. Another advantage is the proximity to the Alstertal. A place of rest and relaxation. Also only 5 minutes away. The next ÖVPN possibility is U/S Ohlsdorf. 10 minutes away. The pure driving time to St. Pauli or Sternschanze is less than 20 minutes. The surrounding area is quiet. the other residents of the house very easy to get along with. for me actually one of the most beautiful locations in Hamburg
Das WG- Leben, ist das was wir draus machen. Ich habe immer ein bisschen zu viel um die Ohren und bin ein ehr aktiver Mensch. Freue mich aber wenn wir zwischendurch Zeit und Lust finden gemeinsam zu kochen oder mal eien Film zu schauen. Ich bin für vieles offen und freue mich über gute Gesellschaft. Ich arbeite als Architekt und verbringe unter der Woche viel Zeit im Büro.
The flat share life is what we make of it. I'm always a little too busy and I'm a very active person. But I'm happy if we find time and desire to cook together or to find each other in some other way. I am open to many things and always look forward to good company. But I can also hang out for a day and not do so much. I'm also enthusiastic about partying, but my priorities are somewhere else right now. I work as an architect and be mostly in the office during the week.
Es wäre super wenn du ebenfalls einen aktiven Lebensstil führst. Begeisterungsfähig bist. Und Lust hast, das WG-Leben ein wenig mitzugestalten.
